Entrepreneurship is great and whoever gets into it does it expecting success but a proper mind-set is a must to grow your business. The way you think forms the foundations on which you will create the success of your business. Taking your business to great heights is something I wish for you and so I hope you manage to align your mind-set with the following points:
1) Be grateful for the struggle: You must always make yourself aware that struggles and challenges come to make you wiser, better and stronger. Believe me this is true and I know it from my own personal experience. Gratitude is one of the most important essentials in life. Unfortunately we humans are always in a habit of comparing ourselves to others which results in us feeling low about ourselves and envying others. We begin to focus on the lives of others rather than our own. Change this dirty habit..!! Tough times and trials if handled with a positive mind can be stepping stones to success. Switch your mind-set from “This is difficult, I hate it” to “There is so much I can learn from this situation, thank you”. Accept the struggle and win over it.
2) Hold on to worst case scenarios: Fear is something that limits us. You remain stuck at where you are because you let fear enter your mind. What should we do about fear? We need to face fear head on. Think about your worst case scenario but know that 90% of the times the worst never comes to pass if you work to surmount your problems. Should you however still fail miserably don’t run away. Think of all the people who run the biggest businesses of the world. They have all failed at some time or the other. Just ask yourself- “so what? What is the big deal at failing, it surely isn’t going to take my life away.” Once you realise this, you will move away from fear.
3) Believe success will be yours at all cost: Be confident about yourself. You got to conceive the thought in your mind that you will be successful by all means and success will surely be yours. Trust yourself to find solutions to any problem that may come your way. When faced with an obstacle do not sulk, instead think of ways to win it over. A typical way of thinking would be to never ask God to take away your problems but ask Him to make you stronger and wiser so you can handle them.
4) Evaluate relationships with people around you: The people you hang out with have a major influence on your life. Birds of a feather flock together- remember? If they are toxic, your life will slowly begin to get filled with toxicity. Keep quality confidantes and advisors with you. Ask yourself if being around these people will help you achieve your goals if the answer is no, let them go. Weigh your positive influences and negative ones and let the negative go.
I have a coaching program that can really help you transform yourself to achieve all your professional goals. One–on-One coaching with me will help you uncover YOU. We are often held back by our limiting beliefs and a lack of confidence. I will shine a light on your hidden gems and bring them to the surface. Life for you will be magical. I will first teach you to dream and then will transform, empower and enable you to crystalize into reality those very dreams that you dreamt.

Its very simple and quite straight forward. When you take action to convert your thoughts into reality, your dreams come true. The habit of over thinking can often force us to get stuck while following our dreams. Procrastination and pessimism are two more impediments. Below are 7 habits you should develop that will help you make your dreams come true:
1) Start off your day by doing the most important things: If you do the most important task of the day early in the morning, you’ll find your day a lot easier. Once your done with the most difficult task you don’t feel weighed down and can get past your day with ease.
2) Take responsibility for actions: You must take control of your our actions and there in you will be able to take responsibility for the outcomes. You can’t control opinions, but you can control the way you react to them. Take responsibility and make commitments.
3) Start small if you do not feel like doing tasks: There are certain things that we just can’t get ourselves to do. Don’t altogether avoid them or give up on them early. Start small. In the bigger picture even baby steps count versus no steps at all.
4) Stay focused: Remind yourself to stay focused. Create a set of reminders. I do this all the time. Note down your top 3 priorities of life and remind yourself of them. Important goals to be achieved and motto or quotes to keep you motivated must be listed down too.
5) Stay accountable to people: If practical have a buddy who makes you be accountable for things. If you are a writer then your readers will be the ones that help you feel accountable. If weight is a problem get a gym partner who will make you conscious every time you lead an unhealthy life.
6) Work and rest adequately: Make sure you do your work well as well as get the much needed rest. Cycle your hour. Work for 55 minutes continuously but take a 5 minute break at the end of the hour. Take vacations when needed and treat yourself upon accomplishments.
7) Add fun elements in life: Keep life exciting and don’t let it get boring. Listen to music that will give you energy. Watch a few motivational videos; learn a new thing and so on. Keep the fun element in life intact.

No is often the most difficult word to say. We do not know how to say no to people and hence say yes to anything and everything which often makes us waste a hell lot of time and do things we don’t want to in the first place. It is surely not easy to say no but you must learn to do it. It is very important for your success and also peace of mind.
Here are 7 tips that will help you say no :
1) Focus on why you would like to say NO: Remind yourself why you wish to say no. Focus on the positive outcome of doing so. Choose what is important for yourself in your life.
2) Say no without animosity: You don’t have to get angry or pretend to be angry to say no. Just be honest and frank with the person and state why you have to say a no.
3) Add feelings: All your decisions of saying no will be based on certain feelings. Bring these feelings to your mind and inform the other person as to why you have to say no. Talk about your feelings and open up. In this way the other person will understand your side of the story.
4) Recommend someone else: When you say no, if possible offer an alternative. This will go a long way in helping others find as solution to their issues.
5) You can’t keep everyone happy: Remember that it is impossible for us to keep everyone happy. There will be limitations to this and it must be acknowledged.
6) The world will go on: Stop feeling guilty if you cannot say yes to someone. The world will go on; he or she will find someone else to do the job.
7) Priorities: When you prioritize things in life you will automatically know whether to say yes or no to someone.

Don’t expect everything to go your way. There will be situations which will not go as you planned; we are all faced with moments of rejection. Its what you do to handle rejection that is critical. Below are 5 things to do that will help you face rejection and move on.
1) Take time and process it: Do not force yourself to move forward when you are still reeling from the ill feeling of being rejected. Observe your thoughts and feel every emotion however bad it maybe. Identifying and accepting your new reality is the first step forward.
2) Focus on what you still have: Do not get dragged into the negativity of what you may have lost as a result of being rejected. Instead, focus on what you still have and be grateful. When we are grateful for the things we have we remain open to receive.
3) It may not be about you: Do not fall in the trap of thinking that you have been rejected because of your flaws. The person could be looking out for something different than what you had on offer. There may be many reasons for which you have been rejected and they may have nothing to do with you personally.
4) Strengthen your self-esteem: Think positive and believe in yourself. Remember to love yourself. You need to be the best version of yourself and once you work on it you will have built your self-esteem.
5) Move on: Do not get stuck in negativity and mourn your rejection or failure. Life is full of opportunities. There will be lots coming your way very soon. Be ready to pounce on them when they show up. Move on and keep progressing steadily.
Try out my programs that are based on self-love and peace to move forward in life. I felt a shift occur in my thinking that led me to explore the psychological and spiritual aspects of the human experience. I have overcome many obstacles; I was a chain smoker who was absolutely obese at 117 kilos and financially almost went bankrupt. Having more than reversed all of this, I spend much of my time in a mentoring program by which I started, helping others make their dreams come true. Here is the link to it coaching

You surely don’t want to waste your time with people who do not respect and appreciate you. Worse than that is when they actually wish you harm. However, it may be hard to find good people or more specifically a perfect partner in this world. We create a set of guidelines that need to be followed in order to find the right person or for yourself to be liked by someone else. Below are 5 important points you should keep in mind when looking for a perfect partner or friend:
1) Find someone transparent and loyal: You want someone who will be loyal and truthful and be able to call a spade a spade and not live with secrets. Honesty is the most essential part of every relationship and if you keep close friend who will not be honest with you then it could lead to disastrous moments.
2) Be with someone who lets you be yourself even if it is your weird self!: Be with someone who lets you be you. Even if it means dancing in front of the mirror, or sing crazily. You shouldn’t change who you are because of your friend or even because of your partner. You just have to be yourself. In a nutshell don’t allow anyone’s judgment of you to affect you. If people will not accept you the way you are ask yourself if they are worth hanging around with.
3) Find someone who loves you even when the world does not: When you stand up for what you perceive as right and the whole world goes against you your friend or partner should stand with you. This is the type of person you would want to be with. Not someone who will also throw you under the bus.
4) Find someone who gives you 100% attention: Be with someone who gives you all of his or herself. Do not settle for someone who will not focus on you. If the person really cares for you he will put away everything else just to be with you.
5) Be With Someone Who Appreciates Who You Truly are at Your Essence: Chemistry attracts people. We need to give more than we receive in order to make a relationship work. We are well observed by our loved ones in everything we do. Our dreams, hopes and aspirations now become a part of both our lives.

FEBRUARY 25, 2021
I write this out in February. It is still early days for 2021. The time for making empty new year resolutions is over! This is the time when reality hits and one realises that all 2021 plans, even those made on the 1st Jan 2021 have been forgotten. Pause and look back. The good thing is that the year is still just beginning and it is never too late to overcome the shortcomings of 2020 even if 2020 has been a terrible year for you. Below I have shared with you thoughts on how you could actually pick up from where you left/lost, in 2020 and move on to a great 11 months ahead.
1) Let go of all guilt: It is easy to judge yourself for not being successful last year. You could judge yourself a failure. But by berating yourself for too long you are only going to put yourself into a negative spiral taking you lower and lower into a pit of self-admonition. You will lose all your self-confidence which is one of the most important attributes required if you are to recover from your present situation. Instead of admonishing yourself look at all the goals that you failed to accomplish in the last year. Dispassionately figure out what stopped you from accomplishing them. Then eliminate all you can which came in the way of you achieving your goals.
2) Be 100% Committed to Your Goals in 2021: Consistency is a commonly touted word. It is however extremely important if you are to succeed. When you don’t give your 100% towards achieving a goal, you invariably fail. Once you have decided what you undoubtedly want to accomplish, make a 100% effort towards achieving it. Implement a daily, weekly, and monthly planning system that will help you track the achievement of your goals at all points of time and not just at the beginning of the year.
3) Do Not Underestimate The Time Required: Never underestimate the time required to achieve a goal. Commit to spending the required amount of time on your goal each week. First list out your resources and then make good use of all the resources you have like time, money, people, ideas and technology in a timely manner. Make a timetable that has your goals in it and stay focussed on the time needed to accomplish them.
4) Implement a Time Management System: Use an online or offline calendar that will help you keep track of how much of time you need to spend on each goal. If possible eliminate whatever frivolous time consuming activities you may be involved in . Set your to-do list for the next day at night before going to bed in order not to waste time planning out your day in the mornings. Mornings are meant for execution and this can be done when you have your to-do list ready the previous night.
We do not know what 2021 is going to be like. But if we condition ourselves well, we can achieve the most from all of it. Go through my website www.mariosequeia.org and check out all the content that is available there for you to have a great 2021.

Are you financially free? Can you say that you have achieved financial freedom? We all want to achieve financial freedom but we don’t bother to learn how to go about it! Isn’t it awesome to feel financially secure and have enough cash to spend, without having to worry about settling bills etc.? Financial freedom allows you to enjoy something that’s more valuable than money and that is freedom. But you just can’t get true financial freedom unless you first develop an appropriate way of thinking.
1) Adopt a growth mindset: Know that in many cases the only difference between the haves and the have nots is in their thinking. One believes he or she can have it all while the other is confident that abundance is only for the weak and not for the hardworking! Always be ambitious and ready to strive for more. Look out for various ways to create multiple sources of income. Money flows from multiple channels. Do not focus on just one source of revenue.
2) Think of money as your birth right: Think of money as if it is your birth right to have it. Then just like food and water go out and get it. Thinking from scarcity is what will never allow you financial freedom. You have to think from abundance and also from the perspective that it is your right to be rich. Then you start figuring out ways to get rich. Do not view money negatively. You must have heard of phrases like “Money is the root cause of all evil” or “The rich can’t enter heaven”. All these are not true and spoil our relationship with money. Think of all the good you could do if you had enough money to build schools, hospitals etc to help those who don’t have enough? Money is good and I have no doubt about it!
3) Write down your goals: I would rather you write down positive goals rather than the not so positive ones like wanting to clear out your loans. But repayment of loans is also important so focus on generating a huge amount of income while setting aside a portion to automatically clear your loans in instalments. Why is it that you need more money? To buy that new car, to get a new house? Whatever the goal may be, just write it down. By doing this you will be able to track your progress and enjoy the excitement along the way. Stay positive and believe in achieving your goals.
4) Where possible pay off your debts: Along your way to financial freedom you could pay off your debts. Debts are not always bad. They are bad only when it is difficult to pay back so plan to increase your income in such a way that repayment of loans doesn’t become an issue. Of course there is nothing like being debt free.
5) Create a ‘pay yourself first’ mentality: This is a highly underrated but very important step. It means that before spending any of your earnings make sure to pay yourself an adequate amount of money. By adopting this technique, you will always have enough money in your savings account no matter how much you spend. Make sure to set aside a fixed amount of your earnings to go as savings.
Everyone aspires to be financially independent. I can show you the way. I have coached over 500 businessmen and women who were stuck in life. They now make much more than they ever dreamt of. Some even began earning their annual income as their monthly income. Are you ready to transform yourself financially? Get in touch with me at coaching

If you wish to feel confident then as a basic step all you need to do is to rid yourself of unnecessary negativity. Wouldn’t it be lovely to work on your confidence? Think of it- You will be able to speak at work, start a new business or maybe even ask that girl you dream of out on a date. Work on the following 4 points which I am sure will help you build a sense of confidence in yourself:
1) Don’t always go with your feelings: When you let your feelings override your thoughts you disempower yourself. You feel like asking a pretty girl out on a date, but get anxious so you let the anxiety take over and so don’t ask her out. Or, you are at a seminar and a great idea comes to mind at a team meet but you are afraid that the rest will think it is silly and you allow the question to just slip off. Feeling confident comes from working on your values despite feeling afraid and doing what it takes to overcome a lack of confidence. It’s essential to listen to your emotions, but never trust them blindly.
2) People pleasing: We prefer to avoid potential conflict and so settle for anything. I know how a client I coach even refused a promotion only to avoid friction with a colleague who ultimately benefited with the same promotion. We stop meeting our friends if our spouses feel jealous of that. Such stuff is always done to please everyone and keep them happy. While it is good to keep everyone happy it is equally important to keep yourself happy. When you regularly prioritize other people’s wants and needs before your very own, you train your mind to devalue your own needs. Practice thinking of what you want. Go for what you love. You don’t always have to bother about how others think.p>
3) Worrying about the future: As a modern human race we are pros at creating hypothetical problems. Creating mental blocks based on things that may happen in the future which in reality may never occur. Worry can be described as unproductive problem-solving. If you don’t control this unnecessary worrying you will most likely collect all of the side effects of negative overthinking like stress, anxiety, or panic with none of the benefits of genuine problem-solving. If you want to feel confident, you must accept the fundamental uncertainty of life and carry on with your tasks without worrying about what you’ll encounter in the future.
4) Ruminating on the past: Rumination over mistakes and losses in the past form a shield of bondage around you keeping you tied down and handicapped. You must reflect on the past but never let it get the better of you. Don’t replay your mistakes again and again in your mind’s eye. You will miss out on good things in the present if you think too much of the past. If you invest your entire attention on yesterday, you will be left with nothing for today.

To find out if you need a Life Coach ask yourself a few questions like:
1. Where do I see myself now?
2. Do I call myself successful?
3. Am I satisfied with my progress?
4. Am I doing ok?
5. Do I need help?
6. Could I have done much better with help?
7. Have I done well this far but now don’t know where to go?
8. Have I done well this far but am stuck?
9. Have I done well this far but can’t seem to gain momentum to quickly leverage my present to catapult myself to a much higher level?
If any of your answers to questions from 5 to 9 is yes then you will be greatly served by a Life Coach. You will surely benefit by taking the assistance of a professional 1:1 coach. A personal coach will help you gain clarity of thought and stay focused. He or she will also keep you accountable to goals you would have set for yourself. Picking up a Life Coach can be a very important support system that can be a great support in your achieving your goals.
Once you have decided that you need a coach look out for these attributes in anyone you chose as your coach.
1) Ensure that a Life Coach is futuristic thinker: Make sure that what you are looking for is future oriented. A life coach will ask powerful questions to help you find the right answers and solutions to your problems or challenges. A life coach will help you strategize your life. There are no ready made plans to change your life. You need to have a coach who can understand you well and read your situation and then who can help you move in the direction that you have chosen for yourself.
In our daily life we engage in numerous tasks. Some of them are extremely exciting to do while others can be really boring. However, we cannot skip the boring tasks as they form an integral part of our daily activities. So how do we get ourselves to do what we just do not feel like doing? Here are some helpful ways:
1) Think of how you will feel when you get done with the task: Instead of focusing on the process of getting the task done bring your mind to the feeling of what it will feel like once the task is completed. It will surely be one of feeling relieved or accomplished or complete. This will help you get motivated and give you reason to get the task complete immediately.
2) Do not overthink, just get going: When you have several tasks at hand, do not sit down thinking of each of them. Try and not give each task too much of thought. Instead just get going immediately and watch how you will immediately put yourself in momentum to get it done.
3) Set a time to do these tasks each day: Everyday set a time to work on these tasks that seem boring. Set out 30 minutes of your time to indulge in such work. Set a timer for 30 minutes and stop doing the task once the allotted time is over. However, if you’d like to continue and finish off you can do so.
4) Use distractions: There are several ways to distract your mind while doing these tasks. You could play music, listen to the radio, listen to an audio book or even watch an episode of your favourite series. This way the focus of your mind will be on the distraction and not on that boring task.
5) Reward yourself: Reward yourself with something small every time you get done with a very boring task. You could get a massage, eat a chocolate or an ice cream, or take a swim. Do something interesting every time you get done with a boring task. This way you motivate yourself to do more of it.
Life is not always fun, but we have a choice of how to react to it. We need to get through the good and not so good moments to enjoy life. Winning is important in life and we all want to be winners in our own fields. However, we are all not successful and one of the reasons for the lack of success is bad habits. Habits can be compared to a double edged sword. The good ones really help while the bad habits can have disastrous consequences. There are certain habits practised by people which make them winners; however, it takes time to master them and put them into practice. They don’t come easy but when mastered and followed as a routine they make a world of a difference.
1) Show up even if you do not feel like it: No all of life is comfortable, in fact the often the important aspects of life can be beyond your comfort zone. It is essential that you do not shirk responsibility and procrastinate when things are not very comfortable. Take them head on. You need to do all the things winners do. Hit the gym even if you feel like sleeping a little more, attend that seminar despite having a less important but relaxing event to attend. Stick to a weight loss program despite severe bouts of temptation. Every effort you put in towards your goals makes you a winner.
2) No excuses for losing: It is not possible to win at everything you do. And in certain tasks it takes many instances of losing before you can emerge a winner. The difference in moving forward is your attitude when you lose. Losers blame someone else for their loses and immediately give up. Winners on the other hand learn from their mistakes, do not put their head down in shame and decide to get back stronger. Get into this determined habit despite not having the best of outcomes and you will be a winner in life.
3) Stay away from negativity and gossip: Winners never indulge in gossip. They have much more in life to do then talk about others. They are busy living their own lives. There are people who will demotivate you and laugh at your goals, such negativity is not acceptable in your life and you need to immediately move on by letting go of such influences in your life.
4) Surround yourself with successful people: A man is known by the company he keeps. Could the reverse of this also be true? Could a man become just like the company he keeps? If possible always hang out with people who are better than you! It is good for your self-development. When you hang out with people who are more successful than you, you raise the bar for your own life. Extraordinarily successful people have lots of interesting things to talk about. They do not indulge in petty talks, negative topics and talks of scarcity. They look forward to bettering their life each day and these are just the right people that you need to hang out with.
5) Seek help: Successful people know that life cannot be lived in solitude. No man is an island. We all need to interact and mingle with each other each day. Successful people network effectively and take help from professionals like Life Coaches whenever needed. I have coached 100’s of successful businessmen to better themselves in more ways than one.
It is important to develop habits of winners that will enhance your life and make you more productive. Get into the habit of winning. The times that we live in today can be terribly busy and often stressful. Stress was originally our body’s response to an attack on its very survival. Being chased by a killer Lion or being faced by a famine or flood or any such life threatening event was a common cause of stress. Basically stress during the human’s hunter gatherer day’s would come in waves. It would last for a short while and as soon as the stress causing event was over it would wane. In our modern world unfortunately there is no time for the waning process of stress. Even though we no longer have to run for our lives away from chasing lions stress has got all pervasive and ever present. It is ever present and never on the wane. That is why it causes maximum damage. What you should be looking out for is to increase the times when your body /mind does not have to be stressed out and so can be relaxed. The world is moving at an extremely fast pace and we may not be able to keep up to it always. Here are a few ways by which you can manage stress and continue being busy all at the same time.
Breathe: Breathing is so important in dealing with stress and yet it is so overlooked. Breathing stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and this in itself reduces anxiety and increases a state of being calm. Breathing is the first thing we do when we are born and the last thing we do before we die. Breath controls life and it is an important factor for relieving stress. Every time you feel stressed out, go to a quiet place and breathe deeply. Inhale to a count of 4, hold for a count of 4 and release to a count of 7 and hold for a cunt of 2. Repeat this cycle a couple of times. This will immediately make you feel lighter.
Remove interruptions: While focussing on work turn off all unnecessary distractions like, social media, phone calls, messages and so on. These distractions can make you feel stressful and make you feel like you have unending tasks on your platter. Get rid of them and you will immediately feel way better.
Have a to-do list: It is particularly important to have a to-do list that will help you keep track of the number of tasks that you need to work on through the day along with their status. What helps is if you create your to-do list the previous night before going to bed, that way you wake up knowing what you need to do and begin actively working on it immediately. The very act of ticking off the tasks that you have completed gives you a sense of achievement and albeit in small quantities releases into your body happy hormones.
Exercise: Take out 20 minutes each day to get some form of exercise. It could be a 20 minute walk, yoga or lifting weights. Choose any form that you are comfortable doing and get on with it each day. This will keep your body strong, refreshed and focused.
Relax and Unwind: A lot of people stress out because they do not know how to relax. Unfortunately relaxation is not taught in any school. It has to be self-learned. Try and find out what is the best way for you to relax. Is it just closing your eyes and deep breathing? Or is it sitting in a dark room for a few minutes in silence? Is it watching a movie? Is it dining at your favourite restaurant? Is it playing a musical instrument? Find out the desired way of relaxation, make sure you do it for at least 15 minutes each day to relieve you of stress.
It is not worth stressing too much. Stress till a point can be quite positive but beyond it can be devastating. In fact the revered positive thinker and my guru Dr. Norman Vincent Peale once said that the only place where one could be stress free and at absolute peace was in the cemetery- 6 feet below ground! By implication stress is an indication of life!
I’ve worked on an amazing program titled “Peace of Mind can be Yours if Only You Will Receive it” – click on this to take you to the FREE version of it. You can never force peace to come to you. You can’t even pressurize it. If you aren’t feeling it, it is because you aren’t calling it the way you should and so you aren’t going to have it!

Goal setting is so essential in achieving what you desire. Unfortunately, most of us do not manage to set goals resulting in a life led on autopilot without any intent or purpose. It isn’t uncommon that goals are set at the beginning of the year, or on one’s birthday or quarterly. There is no right time for setting them, the only necessity is setting them in a right manner and then pursuing them till achieved.
Step 1 – Set long term goals
We as humans are born to dream expansive dreams and nothing should stop us from doing so. People are successful because they dreamed and then work towards fulfilling those very dreams. By setting long term goals will be able to plan effectively towards achieving them. There is a difference between wishes and goals. A statement like someday I would love to travel through Europe is just a wish. On the other hand, when one says I will travel to Europe by December 2022 is a goal.
Step 2 – Start working on long term goals by breaking them down into smaller ones
What do I mean by this? Well if your goal for 2022 is to open a restaurant. Then you can start working towards that long-term goal by doing smaller tasks like attending business/entrepreneurial seminars, working on unique recipes, visiting restaurants around the place as a part of research, finding out what licences and permissions you would need to take and then getting the required documents ready and so on. These small steps towards the large goal will assist you to be prepared for the long-term goal all along the way.
Step 3 – Set SMART Goals
Goals need to be SMART – Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time Based. Your goals must be as specific as possible. Vague goals have a lesser chance of being achieved. A statement like- ‘I want to be rich and famous in 2 years’ is a very vague goal. You need to specify things like famous as what? A businessman, a YouTuber or an artist? Be as specific as possible. You must be able to measure success, so if you would want to be a YouTuber then you will have to specify as to how many subscribers will have to call yourself famous. 50k subscribers or a 100k or more? In most cases your goal must be attainable but there are many times when it is actually good to have a goal which is so great that it is difficult to imagine. Let us say your expertise as a YouTuber is on cooking, than your attainable video will be things like easy to make recipes at home and not how to learn coding from home. Goals need to be relevant and realistic. If you need to spend 20 hours a day for the rest of your life to reach your goal as a YouTuber to get 100k views then it is quite not realistic. Goals need to be time based.
Step 4 - Re-Evaluate your goals periodically
Let us say that your long-term goal needs to be achieved in 5 years’ time, you cannot expect to wake up in the fourth year and work towards achieving it. It is most unlikely to happen. You will have to evaluate your goals at least once every six months. Check on the progress of your goals, it will help you decide whether you are on track or you need to course correct Like everyone else you too will face setbacks along the way, but you must not lose heart and instead persevere with even more determination.
Make sure you create goals for yourself using the above points as a guide. If you need any assistance along the way my one on one coaching services will be of great help to you. By signing up for my coaching program you will feel reborn. I will help create a better version of you. It is all there within you! You will then look at yourself with awe and gratitude and feel energized and inspired - You will be TRANSFORMED.

Happiness is not found it is created. In fact happiness does not come naturally to most. If you are one of those then you must work towards achieving happiness. I’ve worked with several clients over the last few years and most of them have a common goal of being happy. My satisfaction lies in teaching people to be happy through the programs that I’ve created. You can check out my programs on www.mariosequeira.org most of them are absolutely FREE.
Here are my top tips which when practised for 21 days in a row will help you achieve happiness:
1) Get into the habit of planning: Planning helps you organise your thoughts and goals in a structured manner. Never start a day without a plan. Make it a point to list down actionable goals for the day and evaluate your progress in completing them at the end of each day. Planning enables you to set up milestones and upon crossing these milestones you get a sense of achievement and the resultant happiness.
2) Visualise positivity: Just after you write down your goals for the day, visualise yourself completing them. This will help you stay motivated and focussed on your goals. Visualizing positive outcomes of situations will keep your dreams alive and make you happy along the way.
3) Identify your strengths and trust them: It is very important to not only understand your strengths but also your weaknesses. All of us are blessed with things that we are good at. We need to trust our capabilities and capitalize on our strengths. At the same time, we need to be aware of our weaknesses so that we can ask for guidance and help when required. When we become the masters of our strengths and weaknesses we attract happiness and success.
4) Practice acceptance: Not everything is going to go our way. At times things will not go as per our expectations. When such situations occur, we must accept what comes our way and move on. Resisting the reality won’t change it, so learn to let go and accept things that are not in your control. Acceptance will bring you happiness.
5) Live in the present: Everything happens in the present moment. The past is our memory and the future is our imagination and both should not trouble the present. Living in the present frees us from the unnecessary baggage of the past and the worry of the future and instantly puts you in a better place.
6) Forgive often: Forgiving people who have hurt you does more good to you than to them. Forgiveness releases resentment and negativity that has been bottled up inside of you. Make it a habit to forgive all those who have wronged you and you’ll immediately be filled with happiness.
7) Care for yourself: Take care of yourself. You are God’s unique creation. If you take care of your body and mind you will be infused by the spirt of happiness and success always. Get one hour of exercise for your body each day. Spend time in meditation to calm your mind. Get fresh air and eat healthy.
All these little habits will turn you into a happy, cheerful, positive thinking human being who looks forward to living a long and contented life.

We all love to increase our productivity in the day, however it is the distractions in life and lack of motivation that bring our productivity levels down. Staying focused on your goals despite distractions can be very tough and so I’d like to provide you with a few tips to stay focussed on your life goals at any point of time. We all have the same number of hours each day, even the most powerful man in the world, the President of the United States of America has the same amount of time each day. How you manage your time and increase your productivity is totally in your hands.
1) Meditation: Meditation is not something only for the monks or the religious; it is a tool that can empower you in many ways. Meditation is often underrated, but when practiced regularly, it can turn out to be one of the best life hacks to enhance productivity and focus through the day. Breathing exercises coupled with meditation techniques will help you get through your day with strong focus and commitment.
2) Get rid of distractions: First identify the things that distract come in the way of your productivity. Each one of us has our own set of distractions. Distractions come in the form of the television, a cell phone, social media, video games, addictions like alcohol, cigarettes and so on. Act on your distractions by adopting measures like keeping your phone away from you when you are in the middle of serious work. Close all social media tabs that may be open on your system. If you get distracted with particular sounds and noises, shift to a quieter room. Do whatever helps you avoid distractions.
3) Planning is good but scheduling is more important: The difference between planning and scheduling maybe likened to that between a wish and milestones on a road. Planning tells you where you would like to go and how. It helps you get the where with all ready but scheduling will push you into action in a very methodical way. Most of us plan our day and the mistake that we make is we usually do the panning in our mind. Well, this may not be the best place to put all the planning as your mind is very distracted by several things. The right thing to put your plans and schedules onto paper. Take a book and write down all the things that you wish to accomplish each day then schedule a time to complete the tasks. At the end of each day evaluate your progress.
4) Get good sleep: A restful refreshing sleep at night is what keeps our levels of focus and productivity high. Make sure to get 7-8 hours of restful sleep each night. Try and not exceed the recommended hours as oversleeping tends to make you lazy and lethargic. Avoid caffeinated drinks, screen time and strenuous activity before bed time; it will help you get restful sleep.
5) Healthy Diet: It is essential to maintain a healthy diet to fuel up your body and mind. If you delay or skip meals energy levels will stay low and you may face an emotional imbalance and a lack of focus. Make sure you have a balanced diet of lean protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats that provide for the essential nutrients in the body. Include some of the best brain foods in your diet like kale, spinach, broccoli, salmon, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, walnuts and so on.
Staying focussed in life helps you achieve your goals with ease. It also boosts your productivity each day. There is nothing better than living your life on your own terms. In fact, I always advocate the need for life’s mastery and keeping that in mind I have designed a program called Power your life with the Life’s Mastery Vision Script Program (LMVS) that will help you create the best version of yourself. Try it out. I have offered you a good part of the program absolutely FREE. Find the links below.

Life may not seem fair it may not feel like a bed of roses especially when things don’t go the way you want them to. But is life good or is it bad? The answer depends on you. If you see life as bad, it will be so. Life is what you make of it. Life isn’t easy for sure but that does not mean it is bad. We are often faced with horribly tough situations such as the loss of a loved one, or the loss of a job, or a health issue or maybe even the loss of a home. These Covid times can bring out the worst and be quite a challenge as they also have the potential of bringing a great deal of grief. At these times the easiest thing to do is to blame people or situations for the misery. Interestingly the harder option is the right one, and that is to take responsibility of the catastrophe, gather strength and move on. Our response to a situation is what enables us to win over it or makes us succumb. Here are 5 ways to help you handle what life throws at you.
1) Cultivate the habit of acceptance: The common feelings after an unpleasant happening are shock, denial & pain and guilt. The first step of dealing with any situation that is unpleasant but unavoidable is to accept it for what it is. The sooner the acceptance the faster will you empower yourself to handle the situation. Accepting of a situation is looking at it without judgment, and that is the best frame of mind from which to take action.
2) Focus on what life offers to teach you: There is something to learn from everything that happens to us. If there is someone who repeatedly annoys you, you can probably say that it is happening to you so that you build on your patience. Focusing on the lesson to be learnt from a situation will help you feel empowered to embrace it.
3) Seek help when necessary: Seeking help is not a sign of weakness but one of strength. Ask for help from whoever you’d feel comfortable with. It could be your best friend or a family member or a life coach. You will be able to find solutions to any challenge with help from others.
4) Do not live with expectations: If you live life with unreasonable expectations you could end up hurting yourself. If you have strong beliefs like ‘hard work pays off’ or ‘kindness must be reciprocated’ and if it so happens that any of these do not work out as expected, you will feel betrayed and disappointed. The universe has its own purpose for things which are often beyond our understanding and are best accepted without preconditions.
5) Practice gratitude: Focus on the things that have been working out for you. They don’t always have to be big things or events or successes. If your love life is in turmoil, but your career is great and you enjoy good health be thankful for your career and good health. Gratitude for things in life will change your entire perspective of life.
You may not always get what you want, but remember you can work towards being who you want to be no matter what life throws your way.

If you are one of those looking to be a winner then you need to create a winners mind set. If that is what you aspire to be then you are in the right place. I will show you how to achieve this with ease. A lot of people like you fail to develop a winner’s mind set because they continue to take advice from unsuccessful people. It is essential that you keep yourself surrounded by people who know where they are headed and also have a burning desire to achieve. Generally speaking these are also positive thinking people. Avoid the negative ones as far as you can. People with a mission in life are generally positive people who have tasted success in life and find pleasure in helping others achieve the same. Find such people and keep them close.
Winning is important, not the winner: It has been rightly said that winners focus on winning and losers focus on winners. Remember to get into the game and only focus on how you are going to win it. When you do this your energies consolidate and start sending out signals to the universe calling towards you people and things that you need to move forward. Instead of focussing on your target when you focus on what you don’t have or the pitfalls along the way you attract more of ‘don’t have’ i.e you attract what you don’t want and what you want gets more and more pushed behind and away from you. Try and merge your target with what you like so that you are always doing what you love doing. Work then becomes a holiday and is never really work. Keep your mind focussed on the things that you love. If you haven’t identified your passion as yet, make sure you do and stay focused on it. Optimism and confidence are two important traits that you need to nurture in yourself. A true champion will understand the power of his mind and only feed it positive thoughts.
Winning is a process: Remember that winning is the outcomes of a set of processes that lead to success. Thomas Edison is supposed to have failed at least a thousand times before he could become one of the greatest inventors of all times. He philosophised that each failure of his was a stepping stone to success. He claimed that each failure was actually pointing him in the right direction. This wasn’t bravado but he truly believed that each failure took him a step closer to success either because it eliminated a possibility ( which was wrong) or because at a cross road in thought the mistake showed him which way not to take and thereby directed him onto the right track. Indeed half the battle may be won if one is perseverant. But perseverance can only be developed and reinforced with faith in the invisible. This is because you need to believe in your abilities to take you across a finishing line that initially is so far away that you need to believe it is possible. Developing a winning mindset is not just a one day effort. We learn this best from athletes who are always persistent and patient in their training. They make it a habit to get into daily rituals that get them ready for greatness. Find yourself a routine that works for you and follow it to the best of your ability no matter what comes in the way of it.
Feed your mind with thoughts of positivity and success: We become what we think. Make sure to feed your mind with positive energising thoughts which will help you develop a winning mindset. The simplest thing to do is to follow the people who have been down the same road ahead of you. One of the things which successful people do is they repeatedly remind themselves of positive and success driving thoughts We call these affirmations. Develop your own affirmations and use them to attract health, wealth and success in life. You could spend 15 minutes a day reciting positive affirmations that will help you script a wonderful life. My program called Power your life with the Life’s Mastery Vision Script Program (LMVS) comes with a bonus of Sample Life’s mastery vision scripts that will be of great use to your goal of achieving a winning mindset.
Developing a winner’s mindset will help you achieve anything that you want in life.
You may not always get what you want, but remember you can work towards being who you want to be no matter what life throws your way.

In this perfect universe nothing happens by accident. It is you who orchestrates the events that unfold in your life. Even this moment right now… You are reading my blog because the universe has aligned your thoughts and has brought you here. I repeat- there are no coincidences. If you are seeking to attract abundance in your life, you are surely in the right place.
I’ve mastered the use of the law of attraction for many decades and am happy to share my knowledge with my clients who have become successful entrepreneurs, artists and even celebrities. You can attract abundance in your life as long as you use the right techniques that align you with the given law.
1. Look at the work in abundance: Know and believe that the world is full of abundance. Look all around you. Look at the trees, the birds and the plants. Look at the buildings, the cars and all the hustle and bustle around you. There is more than enough to go around as long as we get out of our ‘shortage’ mindset which tells us that we need to compete and fight with each other because that is the only way to be ahead of the rest. It doesn’t have to be like this. The world is full of limitless opportunities and there is more than enough for everyone. You just need to first dream of what you want and then believe that it is possible to live that dream. Once you get yourself into this mindset, you begin to create the environment conducive to attract that very same dream from the ether to the visible, physical form.
2. Visualize the life that you desire: We’ve all been blessed with a mind that can visualize. What we visualize is very important in setting the tone for receiving abundance. If you visualize negative you will have more of it. So be sure to visualize only that what you desire. Visualization puts you into a vibratory harmony with your source. I strongly recommend that you engrave an image of abundance of the things that you desire in your mind. Practice seeing this image on a daily basis.
3. Live life as if you are already abundant: You must learn to live your life in reverse. i.e as though you have already manifested whatever you desire. Then you will begin to bridge the gap between your reality and your dream one day at a time until you truly live your abundant life. Now don’t go and buy yourself an expensive car or house or pen or watch. That could end up as a huge waste of money. At the moment we are working on your mind. For example, if you desire to be healthy you need to act and feel healthy. Even if you don’t actually do. This means you will exercise, jog, practice yoga or just meditate and feel good about it. Ofcourse do follow your doctor’s advice where required. Feeling healthy will make you healthy just like acting wealthy will make you wealthy. Trust me it is true. Life is quite magical if only we believe it to be so. Especially during these Covid days where everyone is so negative and even depressed. You can start your recovery by trying out my free program titled Power your life with the Life’s Mastery Vision Script Program (LMVS) or you could decide to join my complete program.
4. The power of gratitude: Gratitude is the most underrated attractor factor of all. Gratitude is a very powerful tool which works by raising your vibrations to higher frequencies resulting in you attracting good into your life. When you are grateful for something, you send out signals of happiness into the universe and in return you attract whatever makes you happy. Initially practicing gratitude will not be easy. Especially if you are not used to it and so don’t see any reason to be grateful. You will have to focus on reasons you are blessed even if they are absolutely mundane and taken for granted. You don’t have to be grateful only for big happenings in your life. You could be grateful for being able to breathe fresh air! Think of all those living in polluted cities! Then during these Covid-19 days you are able to have 3 meals a day or you have a house to live in or if not succumbed to the virus, you have 3 things to be grateful for right there. If you truly wish to manifest your abundant desires, I urge you to invest your way in my Power your life with the Life’s Mastery Vision Script Program (LMVS) and I guarantee you that it will more than pay you back manifold in transformation, fulfillment, and growth.
Developing a winner’s mindset will help you achieve anything that you want in life.
You may not always get what you want, but remember you can work towards being who you want to be no matter what life throws your way.

Are you comfortably uncomfortable with your life? Well, this may seem to be a very confusing statement but do not write it off as yet.
Do you ever feel that your mind throws questions to you every single time that brings you straight out of your comfort zone? If the answer is yes then it is your inner soul trying to connect to the higher power. You may call this higher power any name you desire like God, the Grand Geometrician of the Universe, the Universe, your Good Karma or anything that you may have named it. This higher power is trying to engage with you like a parent tries to engage with their child.
The way you respond to this call is what opens your life to unlimited possibilities; but if not done right it puts you back into your comfort zone which may in reality ( obviously unknown to you) be a world of bondage.
Unlimited possibilities in one’s life open up only and I repeat only – when one keeps an open mind. Let me be clear at the beginning though, although opening up to possibilities seems to be made real by this one statement, it is not an easy process whatsoever. It calls for mental conditioning to view life’s happenings without prejudice and stubbornness. Above all it calls for perseverance through the distractions that life consistently throws our way.
Try out the following ways and believe me they will make you see things differently.
Try and understand everyone and everything that happens to you
As you begin a new day make a conscious effort to pay close attention to anything that happens to you. It may so happen that you encounter a person with whom you completely differ on a particular topic. Instead of retaliating or rebutting him or her, make a conscious effort to listen to the person attentively. It may so happen that you might have overlooked something that they were trying to say and it turns out after listening to them you may even agree with their point of view.
Be open to receive new information
This universe has a peculiar way of making you learn things. Be receptive to anything that unfolds through your day. Let’s say you are driving to work and there is an accident on the road and you are stuck for an hour. It's too bad. You have just missed out on an important meeting. Think of possible reasons that the universe could be keeping you away from the meeting. It could be that it is protecting you from a bad decision that you could take at the meeting or it may have stopped you so that you could have a few minutes to yourself to think of something important to you or it could even have stopped you so that you could meet someone at the very place you have had to stop. Look with an open mind so you see what the universe wants to show you. There are no coincidences in this perfect universe. Just be open to being receptive at all times.
3When trying new things – Pretend that no one is watching you
In your quest to unravel new possibilities, you will surely begin to try out new things. This begins to happen because your mind has now been programmed to be receptive to anything that comes your way. Doing this may feel intimidating at first. It is likely to make you feel uncomfortable. Things will feel better and less intimidating for you if you imagine that no one is observing you while you go about changing your behavior. Indeed you will be surprised to know that most of us are so engrossed in our own world that few have time to be bothered about others. Over time you will be able to crush such restricting thoughts of being self-conscious.
Visualization
Many thinkers believe that it all starts in the imagination. It is hard to open up to possibilities if you cannot imagine them. Imagination is the key to manifesting reality. Your ‘ideal’ you aspires to be something that the ‘current you’ lacks. With effective practices and guided techniques you could unfold a story of happiness that can be lived in your present moment. The power of imagination is really phenomenal and will begin bringing positive changes to your life instantaneously.
Feel unafraid to question
Questions help you gain a better understanding of situations. Better understanding of situations helps you get the right answers. The right answers help you transform your life. Transformed lives unleash great possibilities. See the link of each and every action on your own life?
Unleashing possibilities help you lead a fun and empowered life. One minor change can set the stage for major fulfillment of your life. Try this TODAY…!!

Never setting goals and then never starting off with our set goals is one of the biggest blocks to avoid. Our mind is our number one tool to achieve success. And ironically the number one tool for our failures. If you wish to create the life that you deserve, you need to start by creating a new mind-set. If you continuously blame your past for your present situation, you will get nowhere. I present to you 5 ways which will help you attract tons of success. I have been super successful in helping a humungous number of people of varied ages find and then reach their goals. These have been as varied as achieving financial goals or finding peace of mind amidst a chaotic life. What’s interesting is you will be able to double or even make your annual income your monthly income if you get it right.
1) Map it out – Start by creating a road map to your goals. Let us assume that your goal is to lose weight. The next step would be to identify how much weight you want to lose and the duration in which you’d like to achieve this. You could also list out how many hours of effort you would like to put into exercise every day in order to meet this goal. Continue by getting more specific. List out the types of exercises that you’d like to indulge in. Keep this map around you and take a look at it each day, it will be the way forward in your weight loss journey.
2) Let your dreams have a chance - Make a bucket list of things that you always dream of doing. Your dreams may pertain to your health, your careers, your relationships and so on. Put your high priority dreams on the top of the list. The purpose of doing this is to be in tune with the fact that when you dream of something, you will achieve it.
3) Take baby steps – Start taking steps towards fulfilling your dreams, even if they are small steps. Let’s say that your dream is to move into a new house. Start by making a list of the locations in which you’d like to build or buy your new house. Continue by deciding how many rooms you’d like to have in this house and so on.
4) Be ready to face the challenges head on – The road to success is not always easy. In fact if you find it too easy then you have probably set your goal too low and need to set it much higher. In fact a goal should be challenging to be meaningful. In essence when faced with a challenging goal you are bound to face a lot of obstacles along your way. If you are aware of some of the known challenges that you may face along the way, make a note of them and try and work your way around them
5) Get a Life Coach – In times when you feel totally lost and helpless, people like me can be of assistance to you. I have helped many people like you find their inner strength. I can help you uncover YOU. We often fail due to our limiting beliefs and a lack of confidence and a drive to succeed. I am among those that have already generated the outcomes you are seeking in your life. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel. I am in a position to pull you up and put you on the road to success. My one-on-one mentorship (hyperlinked to program) program will teach you to dream and then will transform, empower and enable you to crystalize into reality those very dreams that you dreamt.
