Explained very simplistically – If you are content and happy with your present situation in life and if you are not easily angered then it may be said that you have inner peace. Put differently inner peace is also the act of living happily with oneself. How many of us truly have the privilege of doing so? Among a myriad of reasons many of us are unable to find peace because we continue to live with mental blocks created way back during our childhood. Then think of those who always think negatively and so have become magnets of negativity? We are often anxious about what the future holds for us and so forget to live in the moment.
